For hardware and technology fans, this year we're bringing in the Fast Crimping compo again. What's the objective? Crimp both ends of an RJ-45 network cable in the shortest possible time.

There will be a qualifying round, only the 5 best will be in the final! You must follow some rules:

The cable must be wired straight-through, not crossover.

You must follow the standard color code used by our network guys: Orange/White; Orange; Green/White; Blue; Blue/White; Green; Brown/White; Brown. Part of the outer cable jacket must lie within the plug.

The winner will be whoever crimps the cable in the shortest amount of time, as long as the cable works properly.
